Sylvia is the President and Owner of Gaffney Corporate Strategies. Her company provides custom-designed consulting services in organizational effectiveness and change management programs to companies on a national and international basis. Sylvia has also owned and operated a successful staffing company along with a computer training school and outplacement firm for over 15 years.

Sylvia Gaffney, Ph.D. has facilitated workshops, consulted with, and implemented programs for large and small corporations in integrated business planning with a focus on strategy, structure, systems, staffing, and stakeholders. She facilitates sessions in team building and blending, leadership development, intergenerational challenges, cultural change issues, resilience retention, recruitment, job compatibility, and employee morale. She has conducted orientation programs, exit interviews, and 360 feedback processes. She also provided executive and life coaching.
